About the Role

As an Event Coordinator at EcoGem International Conference, you'll play a crucial role in organizing and executing our high-profile events. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our conferences, from planning and logistics to on-site management. Your goal will be to ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience for all attendees.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools.

  • Availability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.


Job Description:

  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and development of event concepts, themes, and agendas.

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate venue bookings, catering, transportation, accommodation, and other logistical details.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met.

  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.

  • On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, manage on-site staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly during the event.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback, prepare event reports, and suggest improvements for future events.
